Schedule&Cost Management for Whistler Ski Resort Project

1. Introduction
I was the project manager to manage the schedule and cost part of Whistler Ski New Resort. Whistler Ski Association considered construction of another ski lodge and ski complex. This project has three stage, I was responsible for the first stage.

5. Executive Summary Report
This report used MS PowerPoint. It presents the current status and the original baseline to stakeholder and manager. It is used to track the progress, prevent risk and find the potential schedule and cost overrun problem.
